Ashley is amazing. She is the hardest working realtor we have ever used. From getting our home ready, to photos, to listing, to settlement, she went above and beyond. With her knowledge of the area and perspective buyers we were able to sell our house in one weekend! We were out of state at the time, and she handled everything for us, so we had no worries. Very pleasant and knowledgeable with the home buying process. Has answers to questions without having to ask for them, in regards to deed, restrictions, plat and surrounding area to name a few. Makes you feel like she is genuinely concerned about value and condition of the property you are interested in. Coordinates everything including, settlement company, inspections, and keeping you informed on everything. Very observant on walk through, and little reminders like switching over the utilities into your name.
