Exit Inspired Real Estate

Eric is awesome and really knows the market. He sold a home to my son when he was transferring to the area, without my son and his wife seeing it. He sent pictures and videos that enabled them to make a purchase. I had the opportunity to meet him 2 years later and he showed me a condo. I was very impressed with his knowledge and though I didn't buy anything that trip, he helped me find a house the next year. He was very patient with me and didn't tire of my inquiries, or if he did, he didn't let on. He is very honest and trustworthy, which I appreciate. He is now listing a property for my son. Our family highly recommends working with Eric.

Eric was fabulous in helping with my first home purchase. He was available whenever I found a home to look at and also sent me homes that matched my wants/needs. He was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

Eric did an amazing job in assisting me through the entire home buying process. From finding and recommending what turned out to be one of the best lender for me, to landing the home I really wanted. Eric gave great advice, was very involved and attentive through the entire process. I highly recommend him all the way! I cant express how thankful I am to have had you as my realtor.

Eric was very professional and friendly. He demonstrated knowledge in the field by answering all of our questions, searching for information and guiding us on the requirements and purchasing process for our home. At our request, he took us to see three houses available for sale of which we ended up buying one of them. Always punctual, never late. There was good communication with clarity and honesty; He got us a good deal with the seller and everything went smoothly. We feel very grateful.

We bought a house here in Middleburg and Eric made the process easy and efficient. We will definitely use Eric again if we buy or sell a house in this area!
