EXIT GREAT LAKES REALTY

Ryan did an excellent job of guiding me through the process of selling my house. He continually went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. Ryan did all the work; all I had to do was sign on the dotted line!

Ryan has been in the business of - related fields- his entire working years. Ryan began my process with an in-depth marketing knowledgeable plan. He brings professional neighborly expertise to the table. Explaining the how and why of the pricing perimeters set for the home. He was responsive on all aspects from getting the home ready, client showings, feedback, sale, inspections, and closing paperwork. Ryan's friendly personality is a win !

Ryan did a great job and kept me informed of everything. Very fast responses on questions and his knowledge about houses is amazing. Would highly recommend.

Ryan was professional and fun to work with. He always pointed out the mechanicals of the home explaining everything even thou he knew I knew very little.. but I was learning alot as we looked for a home for me for over 2 yrs. (He said I was very picky but his patience was incredible). Thank you Ryan.

Ryan was excellent! He took a process that can be scary, tedious, frustrating and time consuming and handled every detail flawlessly. He was always available to answer my questions and calm my nerves about the process. His expertise and knowledge show in every detail. This isn't the first time I've worked with Ryan as an agent. Any real estate needs that I may have, he will be my first call.
