My experience working with Melissa wasn't the best...it was okay but not great. I was moving from another state and didn't know the area but I knew the area that I didn't want to live in and Melissa was aware of this as well as being made aware of me not wanting to do major repairs right away. As a first time home buyer not well versed on the Alabama home buying process, I dont feel that my best interest were taken into consideration. This review could be very lengthy if I wrote all of the wrongs...I won't list them all. The bright spot is that she was personable. Would I work with her again? Absolutely not!

Love her so much! She made our first home buying experience wonderful! We had no idea what we were doing and she guided us every step of the way! Super friendly and fun!

Melissa is the best anything we express we wanted or need she gets the job done. If your looking for quality service she is the lady to get. Wanted more room and nice size back yard. I'm a first time home buyer anything I had a question about she was just a text or phone call away.

If you need a realtor, you need Melissa Jones!! Talk about PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, ADAPTABLE, PERSONABLE, I can go on and on! As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were definitely relying heavily on the expertise of our realtor to guide us in one of the most important purchases that we would make. To say the least, we were not dissapointed at all! From the beginning of this process even with my husband and I's shifty schedules and uncertainty, Melissa was able to adapt to our circumstances and provide outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable about lot of nice family friendly areas that we didnt even think about and sent us a countless amount of listings within our budget to tour and choose from. Any questions we had that were in the scope of what she could advise us on was answered and explained thoroughly. Even after we closed on our home there were services that we still needed and her connections with different people allowed us peace of mind to get them taken care of. I truly appreciate all that she has done to make this process a lot less overwhelming. Overall10/10 I highly recommend!
