Picture it: Parkville, 2022. I worked full time, had a bazillion kids, had a lease ending in 2 months, had money, needed a house... and the market was BS. Cue Rick the Realtor and the best luck of my life. Out of a whopping three or four houses for sale in my area he found the one that PERFECTLY fit my needs at the PERFECT time. I was clueless and really busy with life so I threw my trust into him. It was at the top of my price range, but he recommended and worked with the lender (who was also great!) and they did all the work to make it affordable for me. I bought the house as-is so he once again recommended an inspector and attended the inspection as my proxy and relayed information to me (thanks for the thorough report!), and helped me feel informed and confident in buying a whole freaking house by myfreakingself.Derrick is well networked, professional, responsive to calls and texts (even dumb ones like "look at those hardwood floors!" and "where the hell do I get a money order?"), quickly available, communicative.
