EXIT Allstar Gulf Coast Realty

"Couldn't be more Grateful having Pat Kelly by our side in the purchase of our new home, because it was a new build, she knew what questions we needed to ask and she took notes on our walk through with the homes management person to make sure we had everything we were entitled too, even got them to screen in our back porch, we also got our garage floor painted and sealed because of stains the builder caused, so she told them they needed to compensate us for that and they did it. So Call Pat Kelly to fight for you and get you what you are entitled too!"

"Pat was supportive and professional from beginning to end. I could not ask for a better agent. Pat answered all my questions and addressed issues before they became a problem. I felt fully confident in her abilities as an agent looking after my best interests. Would recommend Pat to anyone looking for a smooth sale. "

"We found Pat to be very knowledgeable and professional. The listing price that she suggested for our home was just right and we sold it in just a few months. She kept us up to date and informed us on how to make our home marketable. We thank her for her hard work in helping us through this process. "

Jody and her team at Lead Realty are the best of the best! You will not find anyone better for the job! Jody helped us buy our very first house, and helped us sell that house years later when we were lead elsewhere. She is the perfect person for the job. I cannot recommend her enough!

"Patricia was pleasure to work with and quite knowledgeable. My only regret was not listening to her advise in some matters. I would highly recommend her services if you are buying or selling a house."
