We met Joe while he was the listing agent for a home we were interested in. We did not have an agent at that time and called him directly. We ended up not liking the home but we were so impressed by his professionalism and honesty regarding the home and buying process that we asked him to be our agent while looking to buy our first home. He was nothing but thorough, honest, easy to contact, and helpful throughout the process. We always felt like we had someone looking out for our best interest and always thought our family's needs were taken into consideration. As first-time homebuyers, he made the process so much easier for us with his knowledge and accessibility during a very stressful and sometimes tedious process. You know it's funny but right at the exact time that I was reviewing a contract from another agent, I received a call from Joe. I was really unhappy with the contract that I was reviewing and I swear, Joe's call was divine timing! Seriously he saved me and my family from getting involved in another long drawn out process with the wrong agents blowing smoke with unrealistic pricing etc.... Joe was simply a godsend! Not only is he a wonderful person, but he has the patients of a saint and I consider him now to be a friend! I am disabled and he has gone far above and beyond for me and my family. Helping physically and mentally to make the sale of our home a quick and smooth process! His realistic approach, marketing, open houses, etc... had us under contract for the sale in two weeks time! I honestly can't say enough good things about this man. The agent, the man, human being that he is. Top notch! I've already referred him to my best friend and my mother! I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an HONEST and experienced agent that will be up front with you setting realistic expectations. No smoke and mirrors with Joe!
