Kara is the best! Professional, friendly, and talk about responsive!!! Even on weekends wirh my silly questions she would answer timely, and not making me feel like my questions were not relevant. Best experience Ive had in purchasing a residence. Highly recommend.

Working with Kara was perfection! Kara is reliable, communicative, trustworthy and a true professional. There is a reason why she is winning awards in her profession! I would highly recommend Kara to anyone looking for a realtor. You will be in good hands.

Kara is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge, response time, genuine kindness and professionalism, is combined with unmatched integrity. She 100% prioritized our needs, and provided the guidance we needed as first-time buyers to find the perfect home to meet our needs. Absolutely recommend. Thank you, Kara!

Kara Rice was outstanding. She came in after a bad experience with another realtor and a home that had a great deal of issues. Her communication skills and prompt response time was above expectation. She handled all situations whether it was business or the emotions in selling a home of 60 plus years in a location of over 100 years of family in the location with clear and empathetic care. Kara put us at ease with how the selling of a home worked and connected us with a lawyer. She was able to help everything go smoothly even though the homeowner had moved out of state. I highly recommend Kara if you are selling or looking to purchase a home.

Kara helped me sell my home in Wilbraham and the results speak for themselves: sold in one day at 'above asking price.' She is very knowledgeable about the regional real estate market and experienced at positioning property for best showing/appeal to prospective buyers. A professional and results oriented realtor!
