Excel Real Estate Consultants

We were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. We knew we needed to buy instead of rent and knew we needed a realtor. We found Jeff Peterson through his many blogs on his website. They are very helpful by the way! From our first meeting all the way through getting our keys, Jeff was there to help us. We had many times late at night where we had questions and was always there to answer. When we finished the process of buying our home, we felt very comfortable with our decision and we have Jeff to thank for that! I can't recommend him enough!!!

Very happy to have used Jeff as our realtor. Very professional. We had 2 other realtors fail to sell our new construction build home, which cost us time and money. Jeff was able to come in and get the job done in under 40 days. What a relief. We will not hesitate to use him again.

Jeff was so personable and professional at the same time. It was such an easy experience to sell our house with him. I never dreamed we would sell our house the very first day. I cannot thank him enough and I'm very grateful for his help.

Jeff was there for every step of the sales process. We had several hiccups with the house along the way, repairs and things. Jeff was always there with advice and referrals for the repairs. I highly recommend Jeff and will definitely use him again when ready to buy my next home.

My husband and I recently relocated from the West coast to Texas. That said, this was our third home and we're new empty-nesters, so we knew exactly what we wanted. one day, I was trolling realtor websites in North Dallas when I got a direct message from Jeff Peterson while viewing a home on his site, Excel Real Estate Consultants. That interaction immediately let me know that Jeff works hard at what he does. After a fun exchange, we let Jeff know that we were looking to move in the next few months and agreed to meet him when we were next in Texas to view some properties. After meeting Jeff, we knew he was that realtor for us.
