Sarah recently sold my in-laws home in the Bridgecreek/Blanchard area. I reached out to Sarah to help them out because I knew their home would not be an easy sale due to a space shuttle sized oil rig that popped up across the street from their home, literally over night. She didn't hesitate to take on the task and went to work immediately. My in-laws were put at ease in Sarah's hand and she sold the house for asking price in as little as 4 months! She would make the hour drive to their home if they needed anything. She was always respectful and put their fears at rest. Her even took her time going over every detail with my hard-headed father in law which is all I wanted in an agent, but Sarah went above and beyond. We had a few low ball offers due to the action across the street, but with some patience and persistence the home sold for asking price! The selling process between her and the buyers agent was very smooth and quick too. I would recommend Sarah to anyone I know. She has a work ethic like I have never seen before in a 'newer' agent and she really does care for her clients and the real estate team, lenders, title agents and contractors she she works with everyday. I don't know how she does it, but she does it well! Thank you Sarah!
