Evans Evans Real Estate

Cant recommend Scott enough! I have used him for buying and selling and he makes it such an easy process. He is Very knowledgeable, makes good recommendations, and is quick to respond!

Sold out house in 13 hours! Smooth transaction the whole way! Got us way more than other agents wanted to list for would highly recommend them to anyone selling a house

Scott has helped us buy and sell multiple properties. He has always been very professional and personal. He has a vast knowledge of every aspect when it comes to buying or selling. His construction experience is a huge help when it comes to prepping a home to sell as well as when looking at a new home.

Scott was great! He even persevered through having COVID and got our property sold in a short period of time! Should we have the opportunity to sell more property, Scott will be our realtor!

Scott does a tremendous job staying on top of the title company ensuring you close on the date agreed to. Scott is very up on the rules and regulations concerning real estate. I would recommend Scott if you are buying or selling a home, condo or property.
