I can?t recommend Ashe enough! My wife and I were first-time homebuyers, and we worked with her for over a year until we finally found our place. She didn?t just help us find our home; she also advocated for us every step of the way, whether it was negotiating with the seller, navigating escrow, or finding the right lender. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and always willing to answer all of our (sometimes dumb) questions.. multiple times lol. We?re so grateful for her guidance and support. Thank you again Ashe!

Ashe was super helpful and professional, the buying process was simple, she made everything easy and run smoothly for us! I can?t recommend her highly enough.

Ashe responded within 1 hr. of my request to see the property, she guided me through the requirements, the documents needed for purchasing. These documents are overwhelming as number, type, difficulty to review and sign. She has a gift of great interpersonal and negotiating skills. Expert in all the systems that are required to verify and validate a fully functional home. Ashe worked with the home inspector to fully understand the inspection outcome and the needed cost for repair or replace leveraging these changes during the negotiation for the final price. She has a network with direct contacts to several loan and escrow offices to fund the right amount of money, she presented several options for down payment and mortgage calculations. Overall a great experience with a person who knows the ins & outs of the business

We couldn?t have asked for a better agent to guide us through buying our first home! Ashe was super knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our (many) questions. She made the whole process so much less stressful and really went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect place. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy! Thanks again, Ashe! ????

Buying a house with Ashe is like buying a house with a best friend! Not only does she bring her keen negotiation skills and real estate knowledge to every interaction, but she knows how to make you feel special and taken care of every step of the way. Ashe will make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process by always keeping your needs in mind all while providing insight into the market to help you make the right decision. I met Ashe for my first purchase of a condo back in 2021 and am so glad we were able to work together again for my first single family home. I?d definitely recommend Ashe to anyone - from the person who is hesitant about stepping into the real estate world to the home buying veteran.
