I honestly don't even know where to begin to thank Marija. Navigating the South Bay housing market is competitive and stressful enough on its own, but we were actually out of town for most of our escrow. We were incredibly anxious about how we were going to manage the timelines, paperwork, and logistics from afar. Marija didn't just help us; she completely took the reins. She seamlessly coordinated every single inspection, managed the day-to-day details on the ground, and kept us so well-informed. From day one, what stood out most was how she actually listened. She didn't rush us from showing to showing just to make a sale. She took the time to figure out exactly what we wanted and was endlessly patient as we weighed our options. It is incredibly rare to find someone who is lightning-fast to respond to a text or call, yet completely zero-pressure. We never once felt pushed to settle or rush a decision. Her thoroughness and meticulous attention to detail protected us every step of the way. What we will remember most is the heart she brought to this entire journey. When closing day finally arrived, emotions were running high. We were exhausted, relieved, and overwhelmed, and she went completely out of her way to make this an unforgettable moment. Standing there at the finish line, she didnt just feel like our real estate agent anymoreaEUR"she felt like a part of our family. She is an absolute superstar, a fierce advocate for her clients, and a genuinely wonderful human being. We couldn't have done this without her!

To sell my condo, I searched for a realtor that had three criteria. First, someone who is familiar with the complex where I have lived. Second, someone who had sold recently within the complex. Third, someone who is local and can manage the sale without me being local. I found all of these criteria with Marija. She managed the preparation of the condo, its marketing, and ultimately finding a buyer that would provide for a smooth escrow process. I highly recommend her as a realty agent. Her professionalism was greatly appreciated throughout the process.

Ramsey is AMAZING and I 100% recommend him! He was upfront and honest about every step of the process. His response times were amazingly fast, and he really took the time to explain everything and answer questions for us as first time homebuyers. He even agreed to hop on the phone with my neurotic stepdad and godfather to set them straight on their concerns. He expertly negotiated a lot of credit with our seller, which was great given how expensive some of our repairs are. Onto a fun note, Ramsey is really kind and great to work with! He gets excited on your behalf for your decorating plans and provided us a custom cutting board with our names on it! Hes professional, fun, and will consistently respond to any and all needs during your home buying process. Highly recommend and intend to stay in touch!!

Worked alongside Ramsey for about 9 months until I found my dream home. Through a simple aEURoeTour HomeaEUR? click on Zillow we were introduced. Not going to lie, I had my doubts! Although young, Ramsey knows Lp his stuff! Hes extremely familiar with the South Bay ,CA area and all the quirks in the local communities. Ramsey was able to guide me thru the whole purchase process, as a first home buyer and personally being unfamiliar with the whole purchasing process in the USA compared to my home country of Australia. He was always patient and always available even out of office hours. Do not hesitate to trust this kid! He will work hard to secure you the best deal!

Gabrielle guided me through every step of the sale of a probate estate. I would not have been able to get through it without her experience, patience, and her quick response to my many questions.
