ERA Wilder realty

Charlie was amazing. I live in a different state than where the home was being sold. Charlie helped with finding the right people to do some work to get the house ready to sell (and even took care of some of the small details himself). He made the entire process run smooth and got the house sold within 3 months. Highly recommend.

Charlie is one of the few realtors we are happy to work with. He is communicative, does what he says he is going to do and always has a keen eye for details. He has helped sell my flip homes multiple times and if my wife had not become a realtor, he would be my first choice. Highly recommend him as an agent!

Charlie was super helpful in the house buying process. We came into it stressed and not knowing where to start and Charlie lead the way and now we live in our beautiful new home. Super respectful person and willing to help out with anything.

Charlie listend to what I was looking for and made suggestions solely on those requirements. He did not aEURoeforceaEUR? any listings on me but made good recommendations based off of my needs. He is beyond knowledgeable of the area and its neighborhoods, has great information on businesses e.g. building companies, etc. He went above and beyond to assist me with finding and getting me into my perfect home. He very professional, supportive, and was always available when I had questions. He made home buying super easy and fast due to his experience and flexibility. I highly recommend Charlie!

Charlie assisted my fiancA(C) and I in buying our first home and we could not be happier. We gave him our budget and he not only found us our dream home, but he kept us well under the limit! A consummate professional and a joy to work with!
