ERA West Wind Real Estate

Karen is awesome. She is down to earth, honest and very hard working. She responds to requests instantly and always has an answer. Both times she has listed and sold a home for us we had an offer in days. She knows how to price homes to sell quick but for a fair market price. We cannot recommend her enough.

Karen was detailed, informative, prompt and looked out for our interest through out our home sale. She provided assistance and recommended service providers for needed repairs. She communicate fairnmarket appraisal to ensure our home was price correctly while allowing us to maximize our return.

Karen was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable with selling a house, especially with a relocation company. She was always on the ball with communication and was a pleasure to speak with. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

It had been 13 years since we sold a house and did not know what to expect. Karen was a great help from the beginning to the end of the process and she helped us get set up with a relator in our new town.

We only use Karen Pestka and recommend her services to anyone buying or selling a home. We have bought and sold 3 homes using Karen and every experience was fantastic. No problems, no regrets, only positive outcomes. Other family members have relocated to the area and have used Karen, they would all recommend her as well. Karen is a fun, caring and professional person. Thank you Karen, you are the best.
