ERA Waldrop Real Estate

Andy did an excellent job helping us purchase our home. My fiancA(C)e and I are a younger couple and didnt know what all went into buying a home. Andy was very helpful and very informative! He went above and beyond to help us understand the key components in buying our home!

Andy was a pleasure to work with. He listens to all your needs and helps you find the perfect buyers or the perfect home. He is always happy and willing to help.

Andy was amazing! So helpful, genuine, honest, insightfulaEUR| I dont think we EVER could have found what we wanted without his help. We will definitely work with him again in the future and recommend him to all of our friends.

Andy did an excellent job making all phases come together! He went above and beyond expectations! I highly recommend him as a realtor! He was always available when we had questions. He always answered our questions! He showed us many homes before we finally made a decision to buy! We needed a two family home and it took some time to find the right one.

Andy was awesome. We started looking at the house we bought in December of 2025. We had somethings that we had to get cleared up to be able to get the house. Andy went above and beyond and worked with us to get the house. He keep us informed on everything and also the seller.
