His team has made the process of buying and selling multiple properties a breeze. That has included helping me find local contractors to do some fix up projects to complete the sell.

Mike was ok at first, then I became a tenant and the relationship tanked. HORRIBLE! Do NOT rent from the Dunn team. They do not follow up with requests, then, in my experience, make it the tenants fault. This was the absolute worst experience of my life, renting from Mike Dunn, the Dunn team. Horrible.

Mike did a great job for us again. This is the second home he has sold for us within the first week. Both times we got pretty much full price.
