I first met Sandra when I went to an open house at one of their properties in Chelsea. She was very knowledgeable and very approachable. Then a day later I inquired about a house that I saw for sale and Jeff helped me set up an appointment to go see it that day! We were under a time crunch as offers were due the next day by noon! Jeff and Sandra were amazing. They helped us every step of the way. They were both very knowledgeable and made us feel as ease during the whole process. If you are looking to sell or buy in Chelsea, there is no one that is more connected and willing to go to work for you than Jeff. His connections will make sure your home gets sold, he was able to sell my condo when markets slowed down hard meanwhile condos that went on sale right after mine are still on market months after I closed.

I am shocked there are not more BAD reviews for this guy. He is the most unprofessional, unethical, unresponsive agent I have ever met. He does not answer calls or show up to appointments. Furthermore, he just cares about his next pay check and not your real estate needs. My family tried selling their home with him - complete nightmare! I wish there were more honest reviews like mine before we contacted him.
