Aime gave me good advice from start to finish. It was an easy transaction to understand, including real estate and escrow at closing. She has a friendly personality. Was a good adviser and help me a lot to decide buy this property.

First meeting went great so we decided to list our home with Aime. After signing it seemed to be all down hill from there...promises made but never kept, lacking communication skills despite informing Aime in the very beginning, as well as multiple times there after how very important that was to us, multiple attempts before receiving a response or acknowledging to our questions and/or concerns. Basically, I feel our home sold itself...being in a desirable neighborhood on a very desirable street...multiple offers. Such a frustrating experience...one we are glad is over with.
