We were asked to fill out a NTN application checking our criminal/credit/eviction background for me and my guarantor for 100$. Alicia had no idea what the application was checking (like income x80 rent of guarantor). After our application was approved by NTN, she asked for even more documents and kept talking about evictions and aEURoegoing after the guarantoraEUR? if rent isnt paid. A week of back and forth later, the whole process felt extremely uncomfortable, so I withdrew my application. I always avoid real-estate agents because of their crazy fees and lack of knowledge, this experience proved all of those reasons right! Avoid.
