We got an offer the first day on the market! She even staged the house which looked really nice. She had excellent communication even at 10pm at night and on weekends she would take your call or text. She has very good attention to detail and made sure all the tasks were completed so that the showings went well. We live out of state so she was willing to help with coordinating all the repairs. She has over 30 years of experience as well. I would highly recommend and i have bought and sold houses in several different states and she is by far the most superior agent i have ever worked with.
