ERA Shields Real Estate

We have worked with Paula twice. Once as a buyer and once as a seller. We have only had positive experiences and I am sure we will use her again for our next real estate transaction.

If youre looking for a real estate agent who is both a total professional and a genuinely lovely person, call Paula. Shes so friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away, but shes also a machine when it comes to getting things done. Shes proactive, incredibly organized, and always accessible when you need her. I also really appreciated how she does everything by the bookaEUR"you can tell she genuinely cares about doing right by her clients. Highly recommend!

Paula is absolutely amazing. She has done a fantastic job at coordinating house showings to working nonstop to get us the house we wanted. She is so organized and detail-oriented that we never had to worry about a thing or even lift a finger when it came to the whole buying process. She stays on top of everything and works well to communicate with both us, the buyers, as well as the seller, seller's agents, title company, lenders, and anyone else involved in the sale. She makes sure we are informed of every single step and constantly gives us status updates. She is extremely knowledgeable about the community as well as tips for renovations we could do for our home. She really does go above and beyond for her clients. She's also extremely personable, friendly, and makes the whole process feel comfortable enough that you don't need to worry about a thing. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would.

We have used Paula for multiple home purchases and would recommend her without reservation. You wont find a better agent in the Springs area. She is responsive, detailed, straightforward, and knowledgeable. The process can be stressful, but she does everything she can to make it uncomplicated. We enjoyed working with her and look forward to doing so again.

Paula has helped me buy and sell my home in Colorado springs, she made every step of the process easy, as well as answered any of my questions. If you are buying or selling, she is an amazing agent and will take care of you!!
