ERA Sellers and Buyers Real Estate

He is very funny, explains everything well, was always there when we had a question, showed us many houses, a very patient man. When we are ready to buy another house, Alex will be the one that we'll call. Thank You Alex

Alejandro Huereca is a very efficient and honest agent. I truly recommend him 100% he sold our house in 2 months and that was because of the holidays that got us a liitle backed up but the house would of been sold in a 1 month thanks to his help.

As first time home buyers we did not know where to start or which steps to take. Jen and Alex guided as through the whole process and we can honestly say that we could have not had better agents by our side during the purchase of our home and even now afterwards. Even though my husband had been out of the country part of the time , with their help it turned out to be a great experience. They truly put their clients first and we owe it to their knowledge and patience that we ended up with exactly what we had in mind! Thanks to both of you! Carola Mullins

Alex was able to get my house into a contract with a buyer within 4 days of signing a listing . He and Jen were always available to answer my questions and guide me through the processes, effectively and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

Mr Huereca was always there to answer any questions I had during the process. He is very honest and knowledgeable. He negotiated the price of the house and we were very satisfied with the final price. I highly recommend him and will definitely contact him again for any future real estate business.
