ERA Sarver Real Estate

We were moving to Louisiana from out of state, It was a very stressful time we got connected with Shana and she made the process so smooth. She took the time to get to know us ask what we were looking for our ones and needs and showed us a few homes on video tour And then once we came down, she took the the time to go around and show us houses until we found the perfect one. She is absolutely wonderful she takes the time to get to know you and always is quick to respond. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell! She has become not only a realtor that we will continue to use in the future if need be, but a very good friend.

If youre looking for someone knowledgeable, friendly , professional, passionate about her job and someone that will go above and beyond for their clients , Shana is the perfect realtor for you . From day one she was able to answer all of our questions and guide us in our home selling process. We went from well we are thinking of selling , to listing is within a few days and our home being under contract within 24 hours ! Thank you for an amazing experience Shana !

Excellent Professional who went above and beyond!! Ive referred her to a few people because of the wonderful experience. Shana is very knowledgeable and quick to reply to any questions you have in the process.

Shana is hands down the best realtor we have worked with. She made the home buying process so easy. We are a military family and when we found out we had orders to Fort Polk in 2018 she spent an entire day during Memorial Day weekend showing us all the homes we had on our list. She also sold our home when it came time for us to move again. Highly recommend using her for your realtor needs!

Shana was amazing to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful though both the selling of our home as well as the purchase of our forever home. I highly recommend her and her broker if you need to buy our sell.
