ERA Richmond Real Estate

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Karley. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but she made the entire experience so much easier. She was always patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. No matter how many questions we had (even the repetitive ones?) she took the time to answer them thoroughly and never made us feel like we were a bother. She was always quick to respond to our calls and texts, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly had our best interests at heart. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, not just closing a sale. We're so grateful for everything Karley did for our family, and we couldn't be happier with our new home. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is truly one of the best!

Karley helped us move from out of state to our new retirement home . She provided such wonderful service and knowledgeable information about all aspects of this move . She had arranged all the inspections and toured the houses for us . We highly appreciate and recommend her for all your realtor needs . Thank you again

Karley was great to work with. She listened to our requests and was very patient with us while we were looking for a summer property. She didn't give up on us and helped us find just what we wanted. I would highly recommend her!
