ERA Real Estate Modo

We were looking for a condo or townhouse in the Myrtle Beach area. What was unique about this we were not able to go there to see the properties. After finding Mark Mosley as an agent, he became our eyes and ears on site. My wife and I would research properties online and Mark would set up appointments and face time them as he walked through and commented as to their condition and our needs. Without his assistance it would have been impossible for us to purchase our new home. He gave us 110% attention and satisfaction in the transaction. As a CPA and commercial real estate investor I would recommend him to my friends and clients.

Mark and Erica are great to work with. They are very familiar with the area and go above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend using the Moseley team. If you are looking for a new home in the Myrtle Beach area this is the team for you. In a competitive market these are the type of professionals that you need to make buying a new home a smooth and satisfying experience. I can't thank them enough!!

The Mosley team is amazing!! I have bought and sold several properties through them the last few years. They always have the best advice and help me get the best price I must say they both are very knowledgeable and have their clients best interest in mind at every turn. On my last purchase, Mark was very professional, very responsive and paid attention every little detail. He helped me get the best deal on exactly the type of property I was looking for. I highly recommend them to anyone!!

Mark has been amazing to work with in every way! He has helped us buy and sell several properties, including our Dream Beach home! He and Erica are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Unlike most other agents, they are always available for their clients. In fact, Mark has gone above and beyond to give us the best service and the results have been fantastic!

Erica Moseley assisted me with a sale and a purchase. She was excellent in communicating and keeping everything on track. I would highly recommend her for your real estate transaction. Very knowledgeable and demanding exactness to details. Nothing gets past her.
