Jason was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond for us while we were in the process of searching for and buying our home. He was always very honest with us and is very knowledgeable about issues that could come up with the home in the future and during inspections. We were using the VA home loan and Jason was a perfect fit for us as first time homebuyers as he was always willing and able to point out things that could cause the VA to deny the loan. Jason treated us as if we were friends that he has known for years and not just clients. He never gave us the feeling that he was only doing it because it is his job and never pressured us into anything just to be able to make the sale. After moving into our new home, he even made a special trip over to help us with an issue we had because we had reached out to him to ask how to fix it. We know that he will always be here to answer our questions. He maintains relationships even after the transaction has been completed and we feel very lucky to have found the realtor that was the perfect fit for us. If we ever decide to find a different home, he will definitely be the person that we go through. He is AMAZING! You cannot go wrong if you choose him to be your realtor. We are still amazed at how comfortable he made us and how straightforward and upfront with us he was during the entire process. After about a year of looking at different homes, I found the perfect one. Jason guided me and educated me throughout the whole process of buying. Within about a month and a half, the house was mine. My mother then sold her home with Jason, which also was a very fast and easy process that took less than 2/3 months. We are very pleased with Jasons service. Melanie is one of the best realtor agents Ive dealt with. Melanie goes above and beyond for her clients, she helped me and my wife purchase our dream/retirement home which was no easy task but when things got tuff Melanie stood her ground and she did a tremendous job by keeping us update on everything going on right away and not making us wait . Melanie is one of the most professional persons Ive had the pleasure of working with !!!
