ERA Martin & Associates

Tim and Stephanie went above and beyond with helping us sell and purchase our new home. We couldnt be any happier with how fast and easy the process went. They are truly amazing people and I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Tim was awesome assisting us with the purchase of our home. He was very friendly, responsive and never failed to check in. Willing to go out of his way at anytime to show you a home. Great experience! ??

Tim and Stephanie did a great job with selling our house. They were helpful with their thoughts on what we needed to do to get it ready to put on the market, gave sound advice throughout the selling process, and with closing. They were excellent with communicating all the steps and timing when it came to closing. As this had been our first home, and we had it for 33+ years, it was a first time for us to sell a property, and were happy with Tim and Stephanie guidance through the process.

We where out of state and Tim helped us not only with the home but with the 100 other things in the area we had to do. He was always responsive and had contacts for any services we needed to set up prior to our arrival.

Working with Tim and Stephanie was such a joy from beginning to end! Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, especially when youre also trying to selling one at the same time, but they made everything so smooth, clear, and stress-free. Their extensive knowledge and quick communication were a game-changer. Whenever we had a question or worry, they were always there to help, no matter what time it was. If you're looking for a a couple of realtors who are dedicated, honest, and truly cares about you and your families best interest , I highly recommend using Tim and Stephanie.
