ERA Martin and Associates

Candy was amazing to work with. Her expertise and attention to detail were very much appreciated. She kept us up to date with every important detail. A smooth process from start to finish!

Candy and Dan were able to get us in to see several houses last minute while we were visiting which was Huge for us! They were available any time we had questions and were always professional. They were able to negotiate to a price we were extatic about! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the area!

Candy is such a pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the real estate world. I had tried to sell my house a year prior to working with Candy. It was on the market for 4 months and not one single showing. Candy listed my property and instantly had multiple showings and an offer with a month!!!

Candy was not our first choice, but if we were at first choice all over again, I would choose Candy. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesnt know the answer, will seek to find a solution to the question/problem. She is extremely responsive and candid. She has excellent negotiation skills and was the right person for our sale.

Fantastic!! Super easy to work with. Kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and fun. She made our first home buying experience so easy and made sure we understood every step of the process. She and her husband Dan worked very hard to find us the perfect home.
