ERA Liberty Realty

Kathy was so easy to work with. She was so helpful and responsive. My mother recommended that I use Kathy because of her experience working with her and I'm so glad I did. If my family ever needs a realtor again, we will definitely use Kathy. Kathy made recommendations before listing the property and during the negotiation process that made the sale very quick and not drawn out. The property was not close to me, so this enabled me to not spend inordinate amounts of time travelling back and forth to the property.

Kathy did an amazing job assisting me, with the sell of my home. She was extremely professional and communicated every step of the way. It was a pleasure working with Kathy. She is very knowledgeable in her profession.

Awesome! Kathy was excellent to work with and kept us updated with the selling process. She even gave us suggestions to help us get more money for our house.

The entire process of selling my house was smooth sailing. Kathy took the time to understand my needs and goals for selling the house. Her expertise in the local market was invaluable, and she was able to sell my house in no time at all. But beyond her professional skills, Kathy is just a pleasure to deal with. She is friendly, approachable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. If you're looking for a realtor who will get the job done quickly and efficiently, while making the process stress-free, look no further!
