ERA Lambros Florence

Glad we worked with Ken on what ended up being a challenging sale, had our fair share of set backs along the way but he kept it on track and got it sold.

Kenny went above and beyond to make sure our sale went smoothly and kept us informed of everything. He spent extra time going over the details that my older mother did not understand and even drove her down to sign papers. Kenny made the entire process seamless.

Ken is a good guy and he isvery knowledgeable about the real-estate market. Would use his services again if I needed a realtor in the Bitterroot Valley. He helped me and my family in a very trying time of life!

We had a great experience working with Kenny! He assisted us in selling our property and was extremely helpful when it came to finding a surveyor, dealing with DEQ for approvals and referrals for executing a 1031 exchange sale. Kenny kept us in the loop with everything throughout the sale and was always quick to respond to any questions we had! This is our first time being a seller and working with Kenny but we have worked him twice on purchasing properties in the past and I highly recommend him!
