Just wanted to give some positive feedback. We see so much negative online. My husband and I had a small rental here in Manhattan. We had tried several times to sell this little house to no avail. Marcel Williams was suggested to us as a new up and coming realtor in the area. We have to say that the house sold in about a month. He was a patient mediator between us and the prospective buyer. We literally had to do nothing but sign papers. He is from the area, so he is familiar with the local market. We are looking to possibly purchase another property. If that does happen, he is definitely on our list.

My wife and I used Katie as our realtor to sell two homes during a ten year span. After selling our first home she helped us find a rental while we looked for a new house.
