We were working with a realtor before we hired Andrea Holmes. When I came across Andrea and her husband Stuart, my husband noticed how available and knowledgeable they are. Theyre an amazing team. They have the ability to do virtual tours, show your home in 3D online and take the great photos. They went above and beyond by purchasing Facebook ads to help sell the home quicker and they purchased post cards to send out to people in our area. They helped us from beginning to end. Perfect duo when you combine these two to represent your home. I highly recommend Andrea and Stuart Holmes if youre going to sell your home , buy a home or both. We are in our new home now and we are going to miss being in touch so often with Andrea and Stuart. Great people. We listed the home and sold it in 6 days during covid!!! Thats pretty amazing.

I had an amazing experience with Andrea and Stuart Holmes in purchasing my home here in the Menifee area. On the first onset of contact with Stuart, I knew it was going to be a positive experience as he was very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely attentive to my wants in a home. Not once through my experience did I ever feel pressured into looking into just any home that was brought up in our search. All my telephone calls were either answered right away or immediately thereafter. Stuart was extremely patience with my questions along the way. We ultimately located a home that I fell in love with and I thank Andrea and Stuart for being there every step of the way! It didn't end there as Andrea and Stuart have a team of folks that were just as professional, friendly and caring in the financing and escrow services arena.
