Wendy was extraordinarily professional, provided good guidance on making the house marketable without spending lots of money, and went above and beyond in some instances in making it very convenient for me to handle the transaction from Houston. She also went out of her way to meet friends or family when appts. were scheduled with repairman. Wendy had good contacts and understood the area and the potential available buyers. The house sold quickly and she offered excellent advise in evaluting offers. I would use her again and would use her again if I had a need to buy or sell a home in Amarillo.
