Nicki was seriously the best thing that could have happened to us during this whole process. As first-time homebuyers, we were honestly a little lost at the beginning, and she somehow managed to keep us calm, informed, and (mostly) not spiraling What we loved most about Nicki is that she genuinely cared about us finding the right home, not just closing a deal. She was so patient with all of our questions, walked us through everything, and never once made us feel pressured. We always felt like she was in our corner. Shes also insanely good when it comes to the financial side. LikeaEUR| were still kind of shocked at what she pulled off for us. She got us the house for $25k under asking, $10k in closing costs, AND all of the appliances included. At one point we were likeaEUR| wait, is this real?? The moment that really stood out was when the house we loved came back on the market. Nicki jumped on it immediately and helped us move fast and confidently, and somehow everything just fell into place after that. From start to finish, she stayed on top of everything, kept us updated, and made what could have been a super stressful experience actually feel exciting. Were so happy and grateful to be in our new home, and a huge part of that is because of Nicki. If youre looking for a realtor who truly cares, knows what shes doing, and will fight for you aEUR" shes your person. We would recommend her a million times over.
