ERA Big Sun Realty

Had a very positive experience with Jerry Iredale as our realtor. He showed us the property we requested, we made an offer and he followed through with all the necessary paperwork. Would not hesitate to refer friends and anyone who asks about a decent realtor.

Jerry was very helpful and patient in helping me locate a home that I liked and would wanted to live in. He was very helpful in getting all of the necessary steps resolved in buying my home. He kept in contact via telephone and by email. I will recommend him to anyone!!

As a businessperson I was on VERY limited time when in Florida and made the decision to purchase a property. I called Jerry and told him my preferred location and budget, within 2 hours I had a follow up call and appointment set to see the first of several homes. After 2 days of showings we made the purchase with his advise and our offer was accepted. We couldn't have asked for better representation or consideration on the transaction. We consider both he and his wife friends that we would look to should someone need a realtor. Can't say enough good about the two of them!!!

Jerry helped us find a home in Ocala. He was very helpful through out the whole process of looking for, sorting and deciding what to purchase. What made this a quick and fruitful endeavor was the fact that Jerry listened to our concerns and contrary to a lot of realtors, did not try to push listings that we would not be interested in. Also, this realtor kept us informed during the process leading to the closing, making sure that we stayed on track, making the process as easy as it could be. In conclusion, I can certainly recommend this agent to prospective buyers looking to relocate in the Ocala area.

Jerry was able to show us many houses that fit our expectations and was very patient with us during our search. He knew the area well and was available when we needed him. We would definitely use him again (but hope not to move again for quite a while).
