Equity Northwest Real Estate

Brenda was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and helpful. It didn't take long to find the house we wanted. Brenda walked us through the process, explaining everything along the way. She knew who to call for all the inspections. We recommend her to all people looking to buy or sell, her cheerfulness and joy she shares while helping you makes you feel important. The experience makes us feel like family.

Brenda was so very kind from the very beginning. She was always a phone call away to answer any of my questions and if she didn't have the answer she would find someone who did. She was steady finding homes of my preference to look at and she never pressured me in anyway. She would give sound advice but would always say it is totally up to you with a final decision. Brenda was always approachable never intimidating or rude with whatever I asked or needed. When we finally found the home we all agreed was best for us, I had no idea how to get through all the paperwork and legalities of documents that had to be completed. She was there every step of the way letting me know clearly step by step what to do and then would let me know if I didn't know how to complete something just call and she would walk me through it. She did just that. Please never hesitate to have Brenda to help you find your home and get you settled from beginning to end. She can be truly trusted and will be there for you however and whenever she is needed. I highly recommend her every time.

Brenda did an outstanding job with the sale of the home. Circumstances were not normal, parties involved could be very challenging at times. Brenda did an outstanding job for all involved and demonstrated a lot of patience and understanding. Great response time and great to work with. Thank you

Dennis has been absolutely fantastic. If you need a knowledgeable, personable, and highly professional realtor, look no further. As an out-of-state buyer, we faced plenty of challenges, but Dennis went above and beyond to accommodate every twist and turn. Without a doubt, Ill be returning to Dennis for all my future real estate needs in the Boise metro.

Brenda was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of our needs and very easy to work with. Was on top of everything we needed to work through in a timely manner, very helpful with addressing issues we didn't even know could happen if we tried to handle the sale on our own. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy property.
