I'm from Michigan and John helped me find a home in Venice Florida. He was easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and made it easy to find a place. He videoed the homes and told me if the place was a mess. The pictures did not show the condition so it was nice to have a trustworthy person checking it out. I highly recommend him.

John has excellent local knowledge, does his homework and is always well prepared. He has great insight and attention to detail. He was an invaluable asset for us in a market we had little experience in. He was aggressive at negotiations which we appreciate. John was extremely helpful in handling the whole process while we were remote.
