Epique Realty

Julie is such a great Realtor and helped us find a great home. The instant we met her at an open house we just loved her. She is warm and friendly and got right back to us with some houses in the area. We were only visiting so when we left the state she was our boots on the ground. She provided great advice each step of the way and it couldn't have gone smoother. I would highly recommend Julie, Jeff and the whole team! They are all so wonderful!

We enjoyed our professional relationship with Jennifer Kelly while we were hunting for a senior community. She is down-to-earth. easy to talk to and lacks the arrogance commonly associated with real estate brokers. We are particularly grateful to her as she was the only one amongst a slew of realtors we have worked with in finding our retirement home. She is always on top of issues, and her guidance was crucial in clinching the deal for us. We remain immensely thankful to her and to her team for bringing our real estate transaction to a successful closure.

The Abel team is the BEST. Ive bought and sold many properties. While Ive never had a bad realtor in my past, Ive never had one go as above and beyond as Julie! She has set the new standard in my book. She was so patient with us as we waited to find our perfect home (as we are very picky). Julie and Jeff are so knowledgable about Estes Park, real estate, the market, and all local vendors. I'm happy to say that I not only found an amazing realtor, but feel Ive made such a great friend. You cant go wrong with the Abel team!

Jeff was really great to work with. The prior realtor wasnt able to sell our place but Jeff made it happen for us. Would definitely recommend and use there team again.

She represented a friend of mine and her and her family could not rave about her enough! I am a Broker in a different region and it is rare to hear clients give the type of reviews they have about Jennifer. Rock Star for sure!
