Epique Realty

I am relocating back to the US after many years overseas, so it was key that we find a realtor we could trust and rely on. I interacted with a few different realtors and was not very impressed, but Brandi was different. A friend of mine sung her praises, and his recommendation turned out to be very solid. Brandi steered us to a great property that checked all the boxes for us and greatly outclassed the many other properties that we viewed in Dallas and Austin. We heartily recommend working with Brandi.

I was a wanna be real estate investor for years...I read a lot of books and watched a lot of videos but I lacked the confidence to get started. That all changed after a chance encounter with Brandi on a flight. After a two hour conversation with her between Austin and Atlanta she gave me the confidence to finally take action! She was showing me houses a week later and guided me to my first investment purchase within a month! Whether youre buying, selling or leasing Brandi has you covered, but what sets her apart is her willingness to go the extra mile and her commitment to her clients. I can't count the number of times she has gone above and beyond the expectations of a Relator when I needed her help.

Brandi is honestly the best! Not only did she stick with us for about a year, she was straight up about the properties we looked at. Letting us know which ones didnt fit us and making everything smooth as possible. I love her personality and how I feel like she has our back, when it comes to preference, things to look out for, tips and tricks. Literally shes the whole package. Not to mention, shes funny too. Very friendly. 5 star experience. Highly recommend.!

Brandi is all about customer service! She genuinely cares about her clients and their families. She maintains life long relationships and is ready to help before, during and after a sale. Having worked with her on 2 home sales and 1 purchase, I can confidently say that she is a seasoned realtor who understands both ends of a deal and how to best assist her clients no matter what position they are in. Her positive attitude and can-do approach is refreshing and reassuring when making such a huge financial decision. I highly recommend her services!!! We can't thank her enough for what she has done for our family over the years!!!
