EPIC Realty Group powered by LPT Realty

Charles was an outstanding real estate agent throughout both the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. He consistently went above and beyond to support us, guided us through every step, and made both transactions as smooth and stress-free as possible. Charles truly looked out for our familys best interests and worked extremely hard to help us achieve our goals. He became more than just our real estate agent, he became a trusted friend. We are extremely grateful for everything he did for our family and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Charles is totally focused on getting the best buyer for the property and best service possible for the seller. Dedicated to his job to be a successful seller of your home looking for the best price and service to his buyer too.

In our circle of friends, we have many realtors to choose from. However, we felt Charles and the Epic Realty Team could provide the type of outreach our special property would require. Charles was "Johnny on the spot" with every request, question, and concern we had, and he provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. The one thing about Charles I appreciate the most is that although he has a strong, professional work ethic, you will feel as if your best friend showed up to help you through a challenging and some-what nerve-wrecking process. if you are looking for a realtor that will do what it takes to get your house sold or get you into your next home, Charles is your guy!!

Tim Kirk and his team did an excellent job in helping us organize and market our home for a quick sale in 2025. He was invaluable in giving us a good market value amount, helping us stage the home for open houses, and generally giving us excellent support in the sale of our home in Fallbrook. It sold after one open house. Great professional work on Tim's part. I strongly recommend him to any potential seller in San Diego County. John Dugan
