They saying moving is an exciting adventure. Adventure is an understatement. Our experience was more like a roller coaster. A roller coaster of emotions. Dealing with title companies and lenders was hard being two self employed entrepreneurs. Tanner, was very patient and kind and talked us through the process, because honestly its all so confusing. We also had a family reunion planned out of town and there was no way to miss it. Having expressed our concerns with the vacation to our title company, they kept pushing our closing date farther and closer to our departure. We were also told the new home we planned to purchase was threatened to go back on the market it took so long. Tanner called and fought for us to keep it, which he won. Low and behold we were told to miss our vacation. Tanner, being the wonderful person that he is, saved the week and was able to actually let our movers in and supervise our move so we wouldnt have to disappoint Meemaw and Peepaws last big adventure. Tanner, not knowing what he was in for, also found out everything I had left behind for my new buyers was to be boxed up and taken out of the house, for they didnt want anything left behind. And he did it all! Thats customer service. Blood, lots of sweat, and tears (from me) is what he puts into providing his clients with the best he can to ensure the sale/purchase of their new homes. So would we recommend Tanner? Yes, In a heartbeat.
