My 7 year old daughter has to sleep in our room was her room POURS water from the leaking roof. He knew it was leaking and said he would send people to fix it. LIE LIE LIE!!!!Said he would sale a leaking house cause he didn't wanna lose his license. I GAVE 2 years to get the roofer here. Never came. ZillowVERIFIED Tanner just assisted us in selling our parents house and childhood home after the passing of our mother. He made an already rough time easier to deal with and just took the ball running. He's always working for you to make sure all your needs are met, very professional, always there when you have questions. You never wait for a response! His knowledge of the market is excellent and extremely helpful whether your buying or selling. He was absolutely a gift from God above during such a hard time for us. I would recommend him to everyone and I promise you will not be disappointed. But whether your buying or selling just be ready because he does deliver results. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all you did and continue to do. Shorty and Bruce.

ZillowVERIFIED They saying moving is an exciting adventure. Adventure is an understatement. Our experience was more like a roller coaster. A roller coaster of emotions. Dealing with title companies and lenders was hard being two self employed entrepreneurs. Tanner, was very patient and kind and talked us through the process, because honestly its all so confusing. We also had a family reunion planned out of town and there was no way to miss it. Having expressed our concerns with the vacation to our title company, they kept pushing our closing date farther and closer to our departure. We were also told the new home we planned to purchase was threatened to go back on the market it took so long. Tanner called and fought for us to keep it, which he won. Low and behold we were told to miss our vacation. Tanner, being the wonderful person that he is, saved the week and was able to actually let our movers in and supervise our move so we wouldnt have to disappoint Meemaw and Peepaws last big adventure. Tanner, not knowing what he was in for, also found out everything I had left behind for my new buyers was to be boxed up and taken out of the house, for they didnt want anything left behind. And he did it all! Thats customer service. Blood, lots of sweat, and tears (from me) is what he puts into providing his clients with the best he can to ensure the sale/purchase of their new homes. So would we recommend Tanner? Yes, In a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED I have watched Tanner grow from a crazy lil motorcycle riding 6 year old into a very professional young man and realtor. He helped my wife and I sell her 2 story colonial home in North Arlington on a very short time. His knowledge of the market and his drive is extremely impressive. I would highly recommend Tanner and anyone associated with him to help you buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Where to even begin! Tanner took us on with my disclaimer that we were 'picky buyers who had been looking for a long time'. Little did he know we would set a record for his career for most showings! Well over 100 homes! During the process he never once complained or tried to 'sell' us on a property. Together we put in over 5 offers and he pushed for us every time. He is an amazing agent and will go to great lengths to help his clients get exactly what they want. I am so grateful to have met and worked with Tanner. I will always send future business to him.

ZillowVERIFIED I was a first time home buyer and had no experience with realtors but had heard quite a few horror stories about bad ones. After first talking to Tanner on the phone and sharing my skepticism I agreed to meet. From that moment forth I never had more sure if my decision to go with him. He was always professional, communicated very well and ended up with the perfect home with my fiancA(C). Tanner was more than exemplary at every step.
