Envision Northwest Homes

When our house sold within 3 days we were grateful that we had Cindy helping us find our next home. My husband and I had very different wants and Cindy was very patient and drove anywhere we wanted to look at houses for weeks. She presented our offers quickly and kept in contact with the selling agents throughout the process.

Cindy did a fantastic job helping me with both the sale of my my townhouse and the purchase of a new condo. I had originally contacted another realtor, but with Cindy's expert knowledge of the area and the current market, I ended up getting $10K more for my sale, and paid $3K less for the purchase of my new place. Cindy exceeded my expectations in providing the type of service I had come to expect from a realtor. She gave me personalized attention and made me feel like I was her only client at the time. She kept me apprised of the situation at all times and was immediately available and responsive to any questions I had along the way. She helped walk me through the process and was present for many meetings with contractors, inspectors, and service providers, ensuring I got all the information needed to make informed decisions. I would highly recommend her services and would definitely use her again in the future.

Cindy was amazing! She did a terrific job and was super helpful at every step of the process. We looked at a bunch of properties together and I really enjoyed her approach, knowledge, and positivity! In the end we found a really nice place for me to bring all of my animals and stuff :) Definitely would recommend 1000%

Cindy was amazing in all aspects of the selling process. She walked us through each step and went well beyond expectations. She is professional and personable. A delightful person and a realtor we would trust in any future transactions.

We have had the pleasure of working with Cindy Scott on 7 home buying or home selling experiences and Cindy always goes over and beyond all expectations! We have recently moved away from the Portland area, however, we still called Cindy asking her advice or opinions on real estate in our new location.Cindy is the best!
