We were able to work a deal with a seller in a very quick time frame and closed on the property in a little over a month. I would say that is pretty speedy. I would give her a 10 out of 10 would most definitely recommend. She helped me talk to lenders when I felt like I was getting bullied into a loan. In the end she cares about her customers and it really shows they. Her customers are not just another number which makes working with her very nice.
