When I first got pre-approved for a VA loan I instantly had a to-do list that I was a bit overwhelmed with and intimidated by. I got in touch with one realty agency but instantly knew over the phone that it wasn't a good match. Then I contacted Keller Williams reality and was put in touch with Randy White from the Zach Entwistle team. I was guided through the process and offered sound professional advice every step of the way. I was made to feel as a genuinely valued buyer even though I didn't have a lot of money to purchase with. That deserves to be stated again, because not everyone can afford a $500,000 home. Randy listened to exactly what I was looking for in my first home and was able to deliver on our very first day of viewing properties. I attribute that to Randy listening to me and having experience with the market. There was no wasted time, there was no wasted gas going all over town. When it came time to make an offer I asked Randy for his opinion on the asking price and again with his knowledge of the market he was able to help me negotiate a price that ended up saving me thousands of dollars. Every dollar counts. Believe me. Randy further assisted me with negotiating repairs with the seller and met with me at the property several times to ensure all work was completed to my satisfaction. Additionally Randy's experience provided me with guidance in securing a home warranty that will give me piece of mind going forward so I can worry about things. I should also mention Cole Basque who provided me with 100% accurate information in a very kind and professional manner dealing with every thing from Escrow to closing. Cole is indeed an invaluable asset to the Zach Entwistle team and I am personally grateful for her kind demeanor with helping me to understand better the home buying process. I am completely confident that Zach Entwistle and his team will work with you to get you the home you want. I not only ended up saving thousands of dollars but more importantly got the exact home I wanted.
