Engle Homes Group with eXp

My wife and I were moving from out of state and happened to find Marjorie by chance, and were so glad we did. She worked around our schedule for showings and was patient while we were still in the process of selling our previous home in this slow sellers market. Marjorie knows the Elbert County area inside and out, which made us feel confident in our search. When it came time to put in an offer, she fought hard for us and negotiated a deal we were really happy with. After inspections she negotiated the necessary repairs with the sellers and coordinated to have the work completed within our quick closing window. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor. If youre looking for a home in Elbert County or nearby, wed absolutely recommend working with Marjorie.

We worked with Marjorie to buy our first home and could not have asked for a better experience. She took the time to walk us through every step of the process, answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed or in over our heads. Thanks to her guidance we ended up with a great piece of property in a location we love. If we ever sell or start looking for something else down the road, she is the first person we will call. Highly recommend her to anyone, especially first time buyers.

Marjorie was incredible to work with! From start to finish, Marjorie was everything you want in a realtor aEUR" straightforward, honest, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right home. She was always available when I needed her, whether it was answering questions, touring homes, or talking through options. What stood out the most was her negotiation skills. She fought hard for me, explained every step clearly, and made sure I walked away with the best possible deal. Buying a home can be stressful, but Marjorie made the entire experience feel smooth and manageable. If you want a realtor who tells you the truth, has your back, and delivers results, Marjorie is the one. Highly recommend!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Marjorie as our realtor! Our house was listed and sold in less than a week and we truly believe her expertise, guidance, and attention to detail played a huge role in making that happen. From the very beginning Marjorie helped us make smart decisions about updates that would make our home look it's best. She gave us recommendations on everything from paint colors to chandeliers and connected us with contactors which made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. The open house she organized was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond by personally reaching out to our neighbors and creating such a fun and inviting event complete with a food and drink truck right out front. It was clear that she put a tremendous amount of thought and effort into showcasing our home and getting people excited about it! Her team also put together an Incredible video showcasing our house and the amenities of our neighborhood.

Thank you for your help Marjorie! Appreciated your help with the sale of my home. Glad to be done with the process. Thank you for handling everything in Colorado after I moved. It was good to know I could trust someone with my business there. Good luck in the new year. ??
