Engel Volkers By The Sea

From day one, Karen made our first-time homebuyer experience easy to manage, tailored to our our wants and needs, and most of all - a fun one! Karen is easy to work with, very responsive, and well connected with other professionals to assist in the home search and buying processes. I can't recommend her enough!

Karen was our agent for a recent sale and excelled at every step. She did thorough research up front, helped us prepare the property and then sold the house in one week - well over the asking price. We are thrilled to have Karen on our team!

Karen was great to work with, very responsive and thorough. She gave us great insight into the housing market of Newburyport. We highly recommend Karen!

Working with Karen made the process of finding and buying a house easier than I thought possible. She found us a great off market home, advocated for us throughout the process, and always went the extra mile with genuine service. I would highly recommend putting your trust in Karen to buy and/or sell your next home.

In the highly competitive Newburyport market, it was hard to find a broker who was truly proactive on the buyer sideaEUR"until I was referred to Karen. She was a breath of fresh air. Karen was always game to look at properties with me and she was incredibly patient as I refined what I was looking for in a home. Her communication is thoughtful and personalized; she actively tracks the market with her clients in mind and communicates directly rather than relying on automated emails. She's personable, upbeat and works hard for her clients. Shes also well connected in the local community, which is a real asset. Once we made an offer, Karen and her team at Engel & Volkers were exceptionally responsive and completely on top of every detail. The process was seamless, and were closing in record time. She has also connected us to a wonderful architect, contractor and numerous other resources. I'm very grateful to Karen and highly recommend her!
