Merlin did an excellent job finding our family the perfect house. He could have written us off as the difficult clients, but instead he took all of our requests and requirements into consideration. He showed us numerous houses in a difficult market and after 3 failed offers, we found a house in the area we wanted. Merlin was there the whole way, and responded quickly to texts and emails. Merlin did an outstanding job in helping us through the entire home buying process. He was always punctual, responsive to our questions and offered excellent advice. When we found a home we wanted, he located an excellent inspector (Michael Quick) who prepared a thorough and detailed inspection report. Then Merlin proved to be an excellent negotiator and helped us secure repairs as well as an allowance from the seller. I can't say enough about Merlin's professionalism and knowledge throughout the entire home buying experience. He is truly the best real estate agent we have ever worked with.
