Engel Volkers ocean city

Can't imagine buying near Ocean City without checking with Mary first. Her knowledge of the area and properties throughout Ocean City and the Delaware beaches is in comparable. Don't lose sleep buying at the beach and call Mary.

Mary is the best realtor anyone can ask for. She made the buying process super simple. Very responsive to texts, emails, and calls. I live in NY and she kept me updated on the entire process. If you need a realtor, Mary is the one for you. Great experience.

Mary was very helpful with the real estate market and she was always available to assist with any questions I had. She made the experience fun and pleasant. She also stayed on top of things so we stuck to the timeline.

Mary made our dream come true! Without a doubt one of the best realtors in OC. We met her by chance when visiting various open houses. She was the last realtor we meet that day at a property I really loved but my husband wasnt sold on the location yet (note I said yet). Within 10 minutes of talking with Mary I knew she was our realtor. She was easy to talk with and listened to our concerns and what we were looking for in a property. Over the next couple of weeks, we met to look at several properties until we eventually landed on a property. Mary's years of living in Ocean City gives her an advantage because she is extremely knowledgeable of not only the area, but the people. After hanging around Mary throughout this entire experience, we have not only become a client, but we have become friends, a friendship we will maintain for years to come. We are grateful to have met Mary and for having her in our corner as we navigated a very confusing market.

Mary is absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend her to anyone. I'm a first time home buyer who didnt realize how much I didnt actually know, but Mary ensured I was set up with the best and knew and understood everything regarding the process she responds so quickly and is constantly trying to make everything easier for you! If you dont use Mary youre probably working harder than you have to
